AI Governance for the Agent Era

This highly practical workshop will focus on the next shift in AI: systems that don’t just generate outputs, but take actions and make decisions in real environments. Bringing together legal and technical experts, the workshop will examine how to govern agentic AI responsibly. We will mainly explore the following issues:

• accountability across providers and deployers,
• autonomy and human oversight, and
• designing auditable controls for safety, security, and compliance.
