2010 Colloquy

In parallel with the international scientific conference Metamorphoses of Law in the Central Europe II, similarly as two years before a

colloquy will be held on

METAMORPHOSES OF THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION II

or REFORM AFTER TWENTY YEARS

This time the colloquy will focus on metamorphoses of the public sector in the last twenty years, as well as on the stimuli, which are brought by the changing paradigm of the market economy.

Orientation topics:

1. Legal and non legal aspects of the state regulation and intervention of the state into market economy at the national and regional level 
2. Potential and limits of the public law space.  Potential and limits of self-regulation and cooperation
3. Public sector, public policies, public tasks, public services, public space and privatization
4. Partnership between public and private sector 
5. Education – public service – for sale, or also for benefit ?
