METAMORPHOSES OF LAW IN THE CENTRAL EUROPE II

TWENTY YEARS AFTER

The conference will take place on November 9 – 11, 2010 at the premises of Loucký monastery in Znojmo.

1. Status of law and its perception by society
2. Law-making and legislative and technical level of legal order
3. Constitutional, administrative and general judiciary.  Role of the state prosecuting attorneys, the Bar and the police.
