Gender Equality Plan
The Gender Equality Plan of the Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences, v. v. i. is the strategy and active efforts to support gender balance and equal opportunities within the ÚSP. It expresses the will of the ÚSP to ensure compliance with the principle of equality in the implementation of all activities within its purview. The GEP consists of activities aimed at breaking down unconscious prejudices, implementing strategies, supporting the removal of barriers to equality and monitoring progress through established indicators. It is aimed at all employed persons performing research, research supporting and other related activities.
