On October 5, 2022, the employee of the Institute of State and Law Martin Štefko received the diploma of Doctor of Sciences (doctor scientiarum, DSc.) from the President of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic Eva Zažímalová, and the President of the Scientific Council of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic Pavel Baran.
Our researcher, Rita Simon, Centre for Climate Law and Sustainability Studies, has been appointed as a Member of the Advisory Committee of the European Law Institute (ELI) project on Third Party Funding. She was also welcomed as a member of ELI.
