Preliminary Ruling Concerning Children and their Circumstances

The article is an author’s record of her habilitation lecture. It deals with the application of legal regulations on preliminary rulings to regulate the circumstances of a child. It explains that preliminary rulings can also be ordered in the form of so-called regulatory preliminary rulings, which may anticipate the decision in the case itself.
Czech original: Článek je autorským záznamem habilitační přednášky autorky. Věnuje se aplikaci právní úpravy předběžných opatření na úpravu poměrů dítěte. Objasňuje, že předběžná opatření je možné nařídit i v podobě tzv. regulujících předběžných opatření, jež mohou předjímat rozhodnutí ve věci samé.
