What is the difference among qualified, recognized, advanced and bare electronic signatures? How can they be relied on and to what extent? How difficult or, conversely, easy is it to sign for somebody else? Why is there no electronic equivalent of certified signature and why, on the contrary, do we trust electronic pieces of paper? Why don’t we think of digital continuity?

The colloquium will take place in the building of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Národní 3, Praha 1, room 205.

For capacity reasons, it is necessary to make a reservation by 13:00 hours on 16 January 2018 at eva.fialova@ilaw.cas.cz.
