Future Czech climate legislation among the topics of a panel discussion

On 7 September, the Czech Academy of Sciences holds a panel discussion titled „Elections and climate: what the future czech government should do?” On the occasion of the upcoming October parliamentary elections in our country. Hana Müllerová from the Centre for climate law and sustainability studies (CLASS) will present the topic from the legislative perspective. She will assess the current situation in the Czech climate legislation and explain why a climate act, that has been already enacted in 14 European countries, would be beneficial as a future part of the Czech law, too.
