Programme:

18:30 – 19:15 Taxation of cryptocurrencies

Lecturer: Mgr. Ing. Michal Hanych, LL.M., attorney-at-law and tax advisor at SimpleTax

Content of the contribution: The contribution will deal with the taxation of income and VAT in cryptocurrencies. In the sphere of income tax, they concern issues of taxation of the sale of a cryptocurrency and selected aspects of accounting for cryptocurrencies. In the sphere of VAT, they concern, in particular, the exchange regime, cryptocurrency mining, and ICO.

The colloquium is taking place in the building of the Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences, v. v. i., Národní 18, Praha 1.
