Journal of Medical Law and Bioethics

Journal of Medical Law and Bioethics is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Research Unit of Medical Law and Bioethics. It focuses on current issues in health law, bioethics, and related disciplines.

The aim and mission of the journal is to publish theoretical studies and research papers addressing philosophical, sociocultural, sociological, historical, economic, legal, and ethical problems related to the provision of healthcare and, more broadly, the care for health and human life.

Since 2023, the journal has been indexed in the Scopus database.
