- Description: The book analyses the Czech legal system over the past hundred years. The research is based on data processed since 1985 at the Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The author identifies seven legal regimes at the level of metadata, dictionaries and legal terms and follows general trends and trends characterising individual regimes. The results of the recent period, especially after 2000, which the author calls the period of chaos, are more than dismal. At the same time, there is nothing to indicate that positive changes can be expected in the near future. However, if we become aware of the real state of our legal system thanks to this publication, there is hope that we can change this state.
