Guest lecture: Energy law, environmental law and climate law – mutual relations in the light of current developments

The Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Department of Public Law and Sustainability, cordially invites you to the lecture "Energy law, environmental law and climate law – mutual relations in the light of current developments", that will be delivered by by Professors Kaisa Huhta and Seita Vesa from the University of Eastern Finland, Center for Climate Change, Energy, and Environmental Law (CCEEL),  leading experts in energy law, environmental law and sustainability transformation. The lecture will explore the dynamic relationships, contemporary trends, and tensions emerging among these legal branches amid the accelerating energy transition, climate objectives, and evolving geopolitical realities.
